Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Wednesday enacted a bill requiring the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and self-insured public employers to pay for services used to determine whether certain air ambulance workers sustained an injury following exposure to blood or bodily fluids.
The governor signed SB 106, by Sen. Tim Schaffer, R-Lancaster.
