Justices Focus on Procedural Concerns at Argument in Stahl v. Hialeah Hospital

The attorneys in Stahl v. Hialeah Hospital faced a very active bench when they appeared for oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court on Wednesday, although the inquiries from the justices were more focused on whether the case had taken the correct procedural path to their courtroom in Tallahassee than the adequacy of the legal remedies provided by the Florida workers' compensation system.
