SCOTUS Invites Biden Admin. to Brief Position on Comp Coverage for Cannabis

The U.S. Supreme Court is asking President Joe Biden’s administration to weigh in as it considers requests to review Minnesota high court decisions holding that employers can’t be compelled to reimburse injured workers for medical cannabis because it would require them to violate federal law. The nation’s top court on Tuesday invited the solicitor general to file expressing the views of the federal government in Susan K. Musta v. Mendota Heights Dental Center et al. and Daniel Bierbach v.
