Oregon’s workers’ compensation advisory panel announced that it is ready to start reviewing proposals for the 2021 legislative session.
The Management-Labor Advisory Committee will not finalize its recommendations until after bills are drafted by Legislative Counsel, but it can start discussion proposals as early as Jan. 8.
