The Oklahoma Supreme Court has been on a roll this month, putting out a series of three decisions in favor of claimants seeking benefits under the state's administrative workers' compensation system. But Attorney General Scott Pruitt is now asking the court to hold off on reviewing the constitutionality of the Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act.
