An Ohio appellate court upheld a finding that a worker’s mother was not entitled to an increased award of death benefits based on her partial dependency on her son. Raynard E. Holmes worked for Midland Concrete & Sand Transportation as a truck driver. In October 2019, the front tire of Homles’ truck blew out, and he lost control.
