The California Office of Self-Insurance Plans announced that new reporting regulations for public employers took effect at the start of the month.
Effective July 1, public self-insured employers must submit the following forms along with their 2019-20 annual reports that are due Oct. 1:
Joint Powers Authority Self-Insurer’s Profile and Financial Summary Report (Form J-1).
Self-Insurer’s Profile and Financial Summary Report (Form P-1).
Aggregate Claims Information (Form AR-2 Addendum).
