NCCI Proposes Change in Timing of Experience Rating Modification Factors

The National Council on Compensation Insurance has filed Item P-1413 to add an endorsement advising employers that their experience rating modification factors might change during the policy term instead of on the anniversary rating date. The “Establishment of Experience Rating Modification Factor Revision Endorsement” would affect the Forms Manual of Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance.
