A New York appellate court revived parts of a worker’s Labor Law claim for his alleged injuries from being struck by a falling object. Case: Claesen v. VRD Contracting Inc., No. 2024-04232, 08/06/2025, published. Facts: William Claesen allegedly suffered injuries while moving a scaffold when an unsecured spackle bucket fell off the structure and struck him.
