The public comment period for the Division of Workers’ Compensation’s latest Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule proposal ended Friday, with the possible elimination of the physician dispensing fee being a sticking point among some stakeholders.
The proposed schedule would create a two-tiered fee for dispensing drugs but would also prohibit doctors from charging dispensing fees.
