Already tagged for repeated safety violations, Dollar Tree is now facing almost $55,000 in new fines for knowingly and repeatedly breaking safety rules at two of its stores in Washington.
At Tacoma’s Dollar Tree stores on Pacific Avenue South and Steele Street, inspectors from the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries discovered a raft of safety infractions allegedly including dangerous stacks of boxes that could collapse onto workers.
