ICA Adopts Firefighter Cancer Reimbursement Fund Rules

The Industrial Commission of Arizona adopted rules to create a fund to pay for municipal firefighter cancer claims. Rules effective Jan. 1 would create the Municipal Firefighter Cancer Reimbursement Fund as required by SB 1827, enacted earlier this year.
