The California Division of Workers’ Compensation says it will readopt emergency regulations for medical-legal evaluations and reporting that the agency enacted at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
The emergency rules were scheduled to expire Oct. 12, but the DWC issued a notice stating it would renew the regulations for an additional 90 days.
