DWC to Readopt COVID-19 Emergency Regulations for Med-Legal Evaluations

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation says it will readopt emergency regulations for medical-legal evaluations and reporting that the agency enacted at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
