4th DCA Publishes Ruling on Fraud Law's Inapplicability to Carrier Malfeasance

The 4th District Court of Appeal has ordered publication of a decision upholding the dismissal of a worker’s claims against his employer’s insurance company, claims administrator and an adjuster for violation of the Insurance Frauds Prevention Act.
