In what’s being described as a first-of-its-kind move against doctors suspected of illegally prescribing opioids, temporary restraining orders were issued that forbid two Ohio doctors from writing prescriptions.
The temporary restraining orders were served this week to chiropractor Michael P. Tricaso of Akron and Dr. Gregory J. Gerber of Sandusky, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio.
