Comp Judge's Wrongful Termination Claim Transferred to Appellate Division

New Jersey’s Appellate Court division is the proper venue for a former workers’ compensation judge to bring allegations that she was fired in retaliation for reporting concerns about unethical conduct among colleagues and co-workers, a trial judge ruled.
