Governor Makes Medical Board Appointments

Gov. Jerry Brown appointed James Lally to the Osteopathic Medical Board and Phil Tagami to the California Medical Board.Tagami, 47, of Oakland, has served in multiple positions, including president and chief executive officer of the California Capital and Investment Group, since 1992.
