Supreme Court, 6th DCA and 2nd DCA Summarily Deny Review of Comp Cases

The California Supreme Court will not be weighing in on a long-running dispute between an injured nurse and her employer for workers' compensation benefits. On Wednesday, the court declined to grant Deborah Cameron's request for review. The case was Cameron v. WCAB (Onsite/Allegis Group), No. S219679. Also on Wednesday, the 6th District Court of Appeal summarily denied review of Rupert v.
