Dispute Over Borrowed Employee Precludes Summary Judgement in Tort Claim

An Illinois appeals court reversed an order that dismissed a civil tort claim, remanding the case for the trial court to determine whether the person who allegedly caused the injury was a borrowed employee of the injured worker’s employer.
