WCD Announces Claims Processing Administrative Cost Factor for 2021

The claims processing administrative cost factor will be 21.27% in 2021, the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced. The factor is used to calculate reimbursement for carriers and self-insured employers that made supplemental disability benefit payments to a preferred worker.
