The ongoing federal investigation of phony billings for HIV infusions at South Florida medical clinics triggered another guilty plea in Miami last week.U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta said Orlando Pascual Jr., 43, pleaded guilty Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and money-laundering.
