Pinnacol Paying Out $50M in Dividends

Workers’ compensation carrier Pinnacol Assurance says it will pay out $50 million in dividends to customers, beginning this week. The carrier said in a news release that nearly 53,000 employers — about 95% of Pinnacol’s policyholders — can expect to receive a dividend. The average dividend check will be $949, and checks will be mailed to employers beginning Tuesday, Pinnacol said.
