Dan Myers Named BWC Chief Actuary

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that Dan Myers will take over the position of chief actuary on Jan. 1. Myers currently serves as director of actuarial analysis, a role he has held since 2017. He has also served as interim chief actuarial officer since his predecessor left in March. In his new position, Myers will lead actuarial staff in all functions, ratemaking, enterprise risk management and actuarial research.
