SOAH Rules Against DWC in Significant Cancer Claim Enforcement Case

A State Office of Administrative Hearings panel of three administrative law judges ruled against the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation in a case involving first responder cancer claims. SOAH, in Texas Department of Insurance-Division of Workers’ Compensation v.
