Spinal Cord Stimulator Rules Up for Review

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced rules that would allow payment for spinal cord stimulators, pending a “common-sense” review. The rules would allow payment for spinal cord stimulators for conditions including complex regional pain syndrome, chronic thoracic or lumbar radiculopathy and failed thoracic or lumbar spinal surgery.
