Federal workplace safety inspectors fined a tree trimming service in Georgia $29,035, saying it could have prevented an electrocution in May. Marvin Reyes, 38, died May 20 when his equipment contacted an unprotected power line while trimming the lower branches of a 60-foot-tall tree in Acworth.
