In an apparent burst of optimism, the percentage of U.S. insurance companies that expect to increase staffing over the next 12 months ticked up in the first half of this year, according to a semi-annual insurance carrier survey.
The percentage of insurers that anticipate revenue growth over the next year also increased, according to the survey conducted by the Jacobson Group, an insurance industry staffing firm, and the Ward Group, a consulting firm that’s part of Aon.
