The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board that denied a worker’s reinstatement and review petitions.
Billy Miller III worked for Integrity Staffing Solutions Inc. He suffered injuries at work in September 2014.
In December 2015, a workers’ compensation judge granted Miller’s claim petition, with a description of his injury as left ankle strain, right shoulder strain, inguinal strain and thoracic back strain. The WCJ also granted Integrity’s petition to terminate Miller’s benefits.
