House Committee Passes Data-Sharing, Anti-Fraud Measures

The U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and Workforce recently passed bills that would give the Department of Labor access to federal jobs data and allow the agency to terminate payments to providers convicted of fraud. On Thursday, the committee unanimously passed HR 8822 and HR 8823.
