The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has issued a mandatory data call for information on COVID-19 claims from 66 insurance carriers, self-insurers, hospital districts, cities and counties.
“This data call is designed to provide DWC with immediate access to information necessary to determine the impact of COVID-19 injuries on the Texas workers’ compensation system,” the division said in a bulletin posted Tuesday.
