The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board revised its COVID-19 prevention emergency temporary standards to include the latest recommendations from the California Department of Public Health.
Employers will still be required to notify workers and employee representatives of possible exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace within one business day under the revised standards that take effect Jan. 14.
