The Los Angeles Times on Tuesday sharply rebuked California Gov. Jerry Brown for signing a bill that will prohibit professional athletes with a limited connection to the state from filing a workers’ compensation claim here.“He should be ashamed,” Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and columnist Michael A.
