The Supreme Court of New Hampshire revived an estate’s claim that a worker’s depression and anxiety from job-related stress was compensable, remanding for a determination of whether the man's mental state led to his suicide. Peter Dodier worked as a branch manager for OL International Holdings LLC, a shipping and logistics company.
