The Supreme Court of New Hampshire revived an estate’s claim that a worker’s depression and anxiety from job-related stress was compensable, remanding for a determination of whether the man's mental state led to his suicide.
Peter Dodier worked as a branch manager for OL International Holdings LLC, a shipping and logistics company.
In 2016, Dodier began to express feelings of stress related to both work and his personal life. His stress worsened over a period of months, and on Feb. 18, 2017, he was admitted to the hospital with symptoms resembling a panic attack.
