Testan Law Announces Death of Founding Partner Steve Testan

Workers’ compensation defense firm Testan Law on Wednesday announced the death of founding partner Steven Carl Testan. He founded Testan Law in 1996 and helped grow it into a prominent, national work comp defense firm. Testan served on the board of governors of the California Insurance Guarantee Association. He also served as judge pro tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Los Angeles and Santa Monica. He was a guest faculty member at the Harvard School of Public Health.
