Florida DWC, Hospitals Agree on Methodology to Calculate Outpatient Fees

ORLANDO, Fla. – Regulators from the respective states told attendees at the Workers’ Compensation Institute’s educational conference Monday that while Virginia is still struggling with the pitfalls of not having a fee schedule, Florida has reached a long-sought agreement on one of the sticking points related to payments for hospital services.
