ICA Medical Resource Office Sets Training Webinars

The Industrial Commission of Arizona’s Medical Resource Office announced that it will host training webinars on treatment guidelines and fee schedules in March and April. One program, “Treatment Guidelines and Preauthorization,” is designed to inform system users about the prior authorization process and to clarify the expectations and responsibilities of involved parties.
