Lawmakers to Try Again With Fixes to Comp, Second Injury Fund

Four years after the state Supreme Court ripped the foundations out of Oklahoma’s 2013 workers’ compensation reform law, lawmakers are gearing up to try again with some repairs. They’ll also try to rescue the deficit-plagued second injury fund and will consider at least four other bills that would affect everything from the use of medical marijuana to funding for the Self Insurance Guaranty Fund.
