Facts: Andre Tanyhill worked as a corrections officer for Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare. He suffered injuries to his face and head in November 2022 when a patient attacked him.
Tanyhill’s workers’ compensation claim was ultimately allowed for a conjunctival hemorrhage, retinal tears, a retinal hole and a concussion.
