The California Senate Appropriations Committee will review the fiscal implications of bills addressing subrogation rights, uninsured employers and premium fraud May 12.
The committee is scheduled to hear Senate Bills 487, 536 and 847 during the meeting.
Senate Bill 487, by Sen. Tim Grayson, D-Concord, would require police officers and firefighters to receive at least two-thirds of the policy limits for a third party responsible for causing an injury.
