Just days after insurance and self-insured organizations complained that proposed rules don't go far enough to protect against overzealous enforcement actions, the Division of Workers' Compensation has agreed to hold a public hearing on the matter.
The division announced this week that it will hold the hearing Aug. 2 to listen to concerns about proposed changes to Administrative Code Chapter 180. The public comment period also has been extended through Aug. 2.
