WCAB Rescinds Order That Delayed Trial for Lack of In-Person Testimony

The California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board published a significant panel decision Tuesday that rescinded a trial judge’s order indefinitely continuing a case until it is safe for participants to provide in-person testimony.
