The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ordered the liquidation of Bedivere Insurance Co., the successor to One Beacon Insurance Co, which entered runoff in 2013.
Bedivere wrote policies in all 50 states but stopped writing most new or renewal business in 2010, Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Jessica Altman said in a statement. Bedivere wrote workers’ compensation commercial auto and liability, products liability and personal auto policies.
