WCD Extends Comment Period on Proposed Record-Keeping Rules

Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division extended the public comment period on proposed rules to implement legislation allowing carriers and self-insured employers to store claims files outside of the state. The division on Wednesday announced it will accept comments on the rules through Nov. 24.
