Plastering Company Executives Accused of Fraud

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office announced the owners and office administrator for a plastering company were charged with a $5.8 million fraud scheme that was allegedly exposed after a workplace accident. Prosecutors filed multiple felony charges against Gemma Maher, office administrator of Cullinane Plastering, on Thursday. The District Attorney’s Office said Dennis Cullinane, owner of Cullinane Plastering, and Jeremiah Cullinane, owner of Cullinane Construction, remain at large.
