Worker Not Entitled to Additional Benefits for Alleged Fall-Related Injuries

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld the denial of a worker’s claim for additional benefits after an on-the-job fall. Case: Bibi  v. Ross Dress for Less Inc.
