Bill Would Require X-Mod Reduction for Medical-Only Losses

Arizona lawmakers are considering legislation to require that any experience rating adjustment for medical-only claims be applied to reduce the impact of the loss on the employer’s experience modification. House Bill 2121, by Rep.
