AmWins announced Thursday that it has completed acquisition of Bliss & Glennon and eReinsure. The company said it signed an agreement on Dec. 2 to acquire the firms from Fortegra Financial Corp.Bliss & Glennon is an excess and surplus lines wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency.
