Coalition Drafting Bill for ERISA Alternative to Workers' Comp

By Bill Kidd, Central Bureau ChiefSupporters of an alternative to workers’ compensation for treating injured workers in Oklahoma expect to complete drafting legislation this month to provide that option.Becky Robinson, who chairs the Oklahoma Injury Benefit Coalition (OIBC), told WorkCompCentral on Wednesday that the group also is selecting sponsors for the legislation.
