The Nevada Supreme Court denied an insurance carrier’s challenge to a district court order granting an injured worker’s petition for a writ of mandamus.
Herbert Jones filed a complaint with the Division of Industrial Relations, asserting that his employer’s insurance provider failed to timely pay his medical bills on 123 occasions.
