AmTrust has renewed former chief financial officer Ronald Pipoly's employment contract, albeit for a lower role in the company, in the wake of allegations of financial mismanagement leveled against the New York-based carrier.
Pipoly will now serve as the executive vice president of finance, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission submitted Tuesday.
